Our Objective

The Nonprofit Agency was founded to challenge the outdated notion that passion is enough to sustain impact. Led by social entrepreneurship expert P. Falasha Harrison, we exist to bring the same operational rigor, strategic clarity, and infrastructure demanded of Fortune-level companies—into the nonprofit sector where it matters most.

Organizational Strategy & Policy Advisor

Shaquise is a systems thinker with deep expertise in education policy, leadership strategy, and organizational development. Currently pursuing his doctorate in Leadership, Policy, and Organizations at Vanderbilt University, he brings an evidence-based, equity-driven lens to every engagement. His background in instructional leadership, public policy, and advocacy allows him to identify structural gaps and design scalable strategies that work across sectors. At The Nonprofit Agency, Shaquise advises on complex strategy projects, ensuring that every plan is both people-centered and policy-informed.

P. Falasha Harrison

Founder & Principal Strategist

With over two decades of experience and a specialized certification in Organizational & Executive Leadership and Management from Harvard, Falasha leads with precision and vision. She has architected capacity-building strategies and operational reform for organizations across the country, including BECMA and Healing Our Land, Inc. Her work is grounded in realism, driven by data, and designed for legacy.

Nicola Holness

Senior Consultant
Nicola brings over 20 years of experience guiding nonprofits and grassroots initiatives toward operational stability and measurable impact. She specializes in infrastructure, program development, and leadership coaching—offering calm precision and strategic clarity in every engagement. Her work is rooted in equity, executed with integrity, and designed to help purpose-driven organizations build systems that last.

Urooj Fatima

Operations & Communications Manager

Fatima leads with precision across both administrative operations and digital communications. She manages day-to-day systems, coordinates internal workflows, and oversees our social media presence to ensure brand alignment and execution excellence. With a sharp eye for detail and a steady command of logistics, Fatima is the connective tissue that keeps both the front-facing message and backend infrastructure moving in sync.
